In-Home Family Support (IHS) and Respite Services are based on the goal of supporting individuals and families within their existing family unit. The program provides individualized
training for the person which focuses on the acquisition of independent living skills, education to family members relevant to the needs of their son/daughter, and respite which allows family members time away
from the demands of caring for and individual who has a disability. |
